These terms apply to the Craftmark pilot and may be updated as the platform evolves.

Using Craftmark

Craftmark provides tools for makers to publish product passports and for buyers to review them. The platform supports honest disclosure of product information. Craftmark does not certify products, guarantee outcomes, hold payments, insure purchases, or act as an escrow agent.

Maker responsibilities

Makers are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, evidence, and order details they publish. Evidence levels indicate how a claim is supported and do not transfer responsibility for that claim to Craftmark.

Buyer expectations

Information shown on public product and order pages is intended to help buyers make their own assessment. Buyers remain responsible for their purchasing decisions and any agreement entered into directly with a maker.
